Ted Beneski, Chairman
Ted Beneski is chief executive officer and managing partner of Insight Equity Holdings, LLC, a private equity firm. He and Victor Vescovo led the acquisition of Direct Fuels in May 2003. Beneski's previous experience includes executive management for both a global investment firm and a consulting services company, along with commercial banking positions for major financial institutions. Beneski received a bachelor's degree in economics from Amherst College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Victor Vescovo, Managing Director
Victor Vescovo is a founding partner of Insight Equity Holdings, LLC, a private equity firm. He and Ted Beneski led the acquisition of Direct Fuels in May 2003. Currently the managing director of the company, he previously held the post of acting president. Vescovo's prior experience includes mergers and acquisitions with multiple international management consulting and financial services firms. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Stanford University. Vescovo also has a master's degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Vescovo is a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Naval Reserves.

Warren Bonham, President and Chief Executive Officer
Warren Bonham is the president and chief executive officer of Direct Fuels, leading the company's daily activities and driving profitable growth. Bonham has previous experience in executive and senior management roles and as chief financial officer for companies in various industries. With expertise in finance and business development, he has also served as a senior manager at a global consulting services firm, where he led many strategic and operational improvement initiatives. Bonham earned a bachelor's degree from Queen's University in Canada and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Terry Nevels, Vice President of Terminal Operations
As vice president of terminal operations for Direct Fuels, Terry Nevels is responsible for transmix processing and operations at company-owned fuel terminals. He has also served as a shift supervisor and terminal manager for Direct Fuels. During his more than 25 years in the petroleum industry, Nevels has overseen operations and maintenance at numerous oil processing and refining plants.

Mark Farrer, General Manager of Biodiesel
Mark Farrer is the general manager of biodiesel operations for Direct Fuels, where he oversees all aspects of operations and technology development for the company's biodiesel plant. Farrer has managed other biodiesel operations and offers experience in sales, process engineering and project management for municipal water treatment, food processing and meat rendering plants. Farrer earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Scott Lambert, Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer for Direct Fuels, Scott Lambert supervises financial reporting, administration, technology and accounting. Previously, Lambert was director of outsourcing for an accounting services software company in the retail petroleum industry. Lambert began his accounting career at a "Big Four" accounting firm. Lambert earned a bachelor's degree in business from Texas Wesleyan University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Andre Lewis, Director of Terminal/Pipeline Fuel Operations
As director of terminal/pipeline fuel operations for Direct Fuels, Andre Lewis is responsible for sales and marketing. Previously, he served as an operations technician at a transmix processing unit, where he also oversaw operations of the refinery's products terminal and pipelines. Lewis joined the industry in the maintenance department of an independent refinery after beginning his career constructing wells in the West Texas oilfields.
